- Enclosed feeding system using a flexible telescopic sleeve combined with a pneumatic butterfly valve, ensuring airtight material transfer
- Negative pressure isolation hood in the packaging area, maintaining a micro-negative pressure of -50 Pa to prevent dust escape
- Pulse-jet bag filter system with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 μm, effectively capturing ultra-fine particles
- Integrated 120-mesh vibrating screen at the feeding inlet for pre-dust removal
- High-pressure air cleaning system to remove residual dust from the bag surface after sealing
- Dust concentration sensors installed for real-time monitoring, with automatic shutdown and alarm when limits are exceeded
