    The 1–50 KG fully automatic powder packaging line, including a 100–1000 KG semi-automatic weighing and filling machine, is specially designed for ultrafine powders and various other powder materials. It is widely used in the new energy battery, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The system adopts vibration compaction, degassing filling, and drop-free feeding, effectively addressing issues such as high dust generation, loose filling, material blockages, and inaccurate weighing. Equipped with a dust collection system and independent weighing structure, the line ensures a clean, stable, and precise packaging process. It supports multiple feeding methods and includes a mobile conveying mechanism for efficient and labor-saving operation.

    Process flow

    1.Automatically pick, open, and position bags 
    2.Bag clamps seal and secure the bag 
    3.Bag clamps lift; bottom-filling tank operation 
    4.Automatic high/low-speed filling and weighing 
    5.Horizontal clamps flatten the bag mouth and move to the next station 
    6.Online re-weighing automatically adjusts weight; approved bags move forward 
    7.Vacuum sealing machine opens its chamber door; bag automatically moved inside 
    8.Internal clamps hold the bag; horizontal clamps release and return 
    9.Chamber automatically closes; vacuum extraction begins 
    10.Maintain vacuum when target pressure is reached 
    11.Mechanical three-side shaping 
    12.Heat sealing / optional line-sealing 
    13.Inject high-pressure air to clean and activate dust removal 
    14.Open chamber door; remove bag 
    15.Complete packaging and repeat the cycle
