Dust overflow during chemical powder packaging is both a safety hazard and a compliance obstacle. A titanium dioxide production enterprise's traditional open packaging line had a workshop dust concentration exceeding 30mg/m³, failing environmental inspections multiple times; workers were exposed to dust for a long time, significantly increasing the risk of pneumoconiosis. At the same time, dust intrusion into equipment components increased monthly maintenance costs by 20,000 yuan. With the tightening of global environmental policies, standards such as EU REACH and US EPA have reduced dust emission requirements to below 0.5mg/m³, making traditional equipment difficult to adapt. The fully enclosed dust control scheme of the Automatic Ton Bag Powder Packaging Machine has become the core guarantee for enterprises to achieve compliant production.
The equipment builds a dust control system from three dimensions: "prevention, control, and collection". In terms of source dust prevention, it adopts mechanical claw automatic bagging to avoid dust splashing caused by manual contact. The filling port is equipped with a negative pressure dust hood, maintaining a negative pressure of -0.02MPa in the working chamber during operation to suck floating dust into the dust removal module in real time. In the process of dust control, a fully enclosed working chamber design is adopted, and the bag mouth is pressed tightly by a pneumatic sealing device to prevent dust overflow. At the same time, a dust concentration sensor is equipped to automatically shut down and alarm when exceeding the standard. The terminal dust collection system adopts a three-stage dust removal configuration: cyclone dust removal captures large particle dust, cartridge dust removal filters fine powder, and electrostatic dust removal absorbs ultra-fine powder. The total collection efficiency reaches 99.8%, and the collected dust can be directly returned to the raw material warehouse.
