Through advanced control systems, precise control over the packaging process is ensured, guaranteeing consistent weight and quality for each package, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
Packaging Materials:
Depending on the characteristics of different corn kernel products, a variety of high-performance packaging materials are selected. For example, for ordinary corn kernels, multilayer co-extruded high barrier plastic films such as polyamide (PA)/polyethylene (PE)/ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) composite films are used. These materials have excellent oxygen, moisture, and odor barrier properties, effectively extending the shelf life of corn kernels. For sweet corn kernels and waxy corn kernels, in addition to using high barrier packaging materials, deoxidizers and desiccants are added inside the packaging bags to further enhance freshness preservation.
Implementation Results:
The application of the fully automatic vacuum packaging production line has greatly improved the company's production efficiency and product quality, reducing labor costs and work intensity. The shelf life of corn kernel products has been significantly extended; the shelf life of ordinary corn kernels can reach more than one year, while sweet corn kernels and waxy corn kernels can last more than six months under refrigerated conditions.
