The fully automatic big bag packaging machine is a highly integrated packaging system specifically designed for the automatic filling, weighing, sealing, and post-processing of large-capacity bulk bags (big bags). Its basic components include a pallet de-stacking module, an automatic bag-separating device, a vision-guided bag-loading robot, an electronic bottom-weighing filling system, a vacuum sealing mechanism, a bag-stacking and shaping unit, a pallet recovery and stretch-wrapping device, and a central control system. The operating principle is as follows: First, the de-palletizing module separates the empty pallet stacks, and the automatic bag-distribution device retrieves and unfolds the ton bags one by one. Subsequently, the AI vision system precisely identifies the bag opening position and guides the robotic arm to automatically open and position the bag; once the bag opening is aligned, the filling system initiates feeding based on the preset weight, while the dynamic compensation reweighing system monitors the weight in real time to ensure accuracy; Upon completion of filling, the intelligent sealing device automatically performs internal stuffing with external tying or heat sealing; finally, the finished bags from the fully automatic ton-bag packaging machine are stacked onto pallets after stacking and shaping, and secured by a stretch-wrapping machine. The entire process is uniformly controlled via a touchscreen HMI, enabling fully automated, unmanned operation throughout the entire process.
